1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and with original tags.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving official authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., received a Mini Electric Chopper instead of an Oil Sprayer), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety standards:

  • Personal Care & Hygiene: Items like "3D Flush Button Assistants" or hygiene-sensitive bathroom tools.

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any products specifically modified for your order.

  • Consumables: Perishable goods or hazardous materials.

  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our system.

  • Bank Delays: Note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@musehut.com.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by MuseHut is required before sending any items back to us.
